“Often when you think you are at the end of something, you're at the beginning of something else.”

– Mr. Rogers

Straw Bag

I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in a variety of social service, educational, and clinical settings. As a therapist I have been honored to walk alongside individuals and families who are striving for balance, wellbeing, and wholeness. Whether you are in transition, wading through grief, struggling with identity, trying to build better relationships, or coping with traumatic events or memories: I meet you where you are and work with you in a gentle and collaborative way.

I earned my Masters in Counseling Education from Stetson University in 2018 and have worked as a clinician with women, children, and college students with a wide range of concerns. I draw on multiple approaches including individual therapy, play therapy, expressive arts, and mind-body focused interventions. I am trained in multiple trauma therapies including EMDR, which can be integrated into the therapeutic process. With children I use play therapy, a developmentally appropriate avenue for them to process and express their inner world, and to build emotional resilience.

Life is full of challenges and at times we can find ourselves unable to see out of it. I offer a safe place to witness, reflect, and empower you in your path of finding healing, resilience, and wellbeing.
