Do you find yourself overwhelmed with stress and other emotions?  Are you feeling stuck in your current ways of coping with life’s challenges?  My name is Sara, and I am here to support you on your journey towards a stronger sense of well-being.

 

I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can openly explore your feelings and experiences.  My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and compassion, and it is tailored to your unique needs.  Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, navigating trauma or addiction, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to listen and help you find balance and healing.  Together, we can work towards finding healthier coping strategies and fostering resilience in the face of life’s difficulties.  

 

I hold a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Flagler College.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have had the honor of working in the field for ten years and counting.  I am experienced in working with adults, Veterans, and individuals navigating both mental health and substance use challenges by providing therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, etc. 

 

I have openings in the morning, day time, and evening.  I look forward to the opportunity to support you on this path and I will walk alongside you every step of the way.
