I have had the honor to serve adults, teens, children, and families facing addiction, trauma, and the challenges that come with navigating life on life’s terms. I aspire to provide clients with the opportunity to discover their strengths, values, and needs in the pursuit of healing, redemption, and a renewed sense of joy.

I am a mother, military spouse of twenty years, and an individual who strives to find grace in my own humanity. I seek to provide an empathetic and safe space for clients to explore the challenges of an ever-changing and sometimes lonely world. I use a multidimensional and holistic therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are in their journey. I earned my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques. Each client’s treatment plan is customized to their specific needs, goals, and vision for living a purpose driven life.

I specialize in the treatment of addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma and loss, military life transitions, women and men’s issues, and mental health and environmental stressors that impact one’s ability to function and manage life’s challenges.

I’m experienced in working with adults, Veterans, families, teens, and children and I offer clinical and faith-based interventions that align with the client’s needs and goals. The journey to healing begins with a first step towards your authentic self. I look forward to speaking with you and joining you as a fellow traveler on this journey called life.
