Although no single approach is effective for everyone, through careful evaluation and partnership we can find what works best for you. My therapeutic approach is client centered, supportive and compassionate. Together we will build upon your personal strengths and enhance your ability to navigate life transitions and hardships. I can help you find balance, remember who you are and discover a future full of hope, happiness, and wellbeing.

Do you find yourself dissatisfied with life? Are your children, relationships and career overwhelming? As a therapist, mom, and wife I have valuable experience and perspective on issues that cause distress in individuals and families.

I have counseled and advocated for adults, adolescents and children for 16 years. I bring experience working with trauma, issues that affect women, anxiety and depression, grief, stress management, life transitions, parenting, and relationship issues.

I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a member of the Association for Play Therapy.

I have openings during the day and evening and look forward to working with you and your family.
