Teen Skills and Support Group
Beginning in June and running for six weeks, high school aged teens can develop skills and support one another during the summer months. Details to come! To learn more or to register, please email Melody at Melody@wellbeingstaugustine.com.

Young Adults Recovery Group
The Young Adults Recovery group will follow the Stages of Change model to assist clients in gaining the tools to change unhealthy coping behaviors including substance abuse and addiction.
Adults ages 18-35 are invited to join this 6-week group to gain support and knowledge on how to develop a plan to stop unwanted behaviors that are keeping them from addressing root issues and achieving their goals.

Group will meet each Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30pm and the cost per group is $60.
